Help!
Does anyone have any great thumb sucking remedies?
My son is starting to resemble Mater from the Cars movie!
You could do what my parents did with me--wait until he's thirteen and the orthodontist refuses to put braces on him until he quits. And then, bribe him with a SWATCH watch. You just THOUGHT you knew the source of my damage!!
My daughter has the same "Mater" thing going on, and she's never sucked her thumb. My son did too - it was a frenulum issue (the skin from top lip to gums. His had to be cut, hers will be too. And hey, it beats binkies - at least he can find his thumb in the dark!
No good advice as most of mine had stopped sucking thumbs long before they joined our fam...except we're still waiting for one who isn't going to have any orthodontics until she stops sucking her fingers in her sleep!!! She's 15...hmmm...
The Mater face is SO cute...when he's 15 you'll wish he still had that! :) LOL

If it makes you feel any better (it probably won't)Abe had a binky until 3 years and 4 days.
